LeftForward is an independent initiative created to support progressive actors with clear analysis, practical tools and shared strategy. It sits at the intersection of ideas, political practice and organising, aiming to bridge the gap between policy papers, campaign lines and what happens in real communities.

Founded in 2025, LeftForward focuses on the challenges facing Europe’s democracies: the rise of the far right, strained welfare states, climate breakdown, and unresolved questions around migration and solidarity. It works with parties, foundations, researchers and activists who are trying to respond to these pressures while keeping a concrete vision of social justice and equality at the centre.

Manos is also the co-founder of SimAI LLC, a platform reimagining how organizations test and validate ideas through intelligent human-like simulations. Earlier in his career, he led youth engagement programmes and taught public speaking in Europe, Asia, and Africa. His insights have been featured in major outlets, including the BBC, Euronews, Al Jazeera, and The Independent. He holds an MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies from the University of London.
